McKenzie Croy, LPC-A, LCDC-I, NCC
Supervised by Dr. Nancy Thomas PhD, LPC-S
“I personally know what it is like to be a high achiever, who is often coupled with anxiety to perform or achieve the goal. High-functioning anxiety can be a driving factor in control. Control can manifest in OCD, attachment styles, relationship power dynamics, and a chronic fear that is persistent.
My counseling approach is to support your value systems. What is most important to you, which can include: honesty, transparency, genuineness, beauty, excellence, and many more. These values are honored and help shape our direction, letting your values be the driver versus the fear.
My goal is to create a place for you to be you, to allow your story to come to light. A chance to live your life by your values and what you envision for your life. To become your best self.”
