How to Begin
We offer a free 20 minute consultation via phone or video. During your consultation, you can share a little bit about why you’re seeking serivces and ask the therapist questions to see you’re a good fit for each other. We’ll provide more information about our services and we can schedule your first session. Please note that we are not in network with insurance panels but can assist you with requesting reimbursement if you have a PPO plan.
