Why Join A Therapy Group For Neurodivergent Women?
A neurodivergent therapy group provides a safe, affirming space to connect with other women who can relate common themes and challenges that come up for ND females. Unlike traditional therapy groups, we use a neurodiversity-affirming lens, focus on nervous system regulation, and authentic connection (let’s take that mask off together!). It is a place to move toward self-acceptance and find community among peers and a therapist who truly “get it.”
Healing Happens in Community
You have likely spent much of your life navigating a world that wasn’t built for your sensory needs or communication style. This can lead to emotional burnout and the feeling that you are constantly “masking” just to fit in. Our group is designed to be a space where your differences are celebrated, not corrected.
Nervous System Safety
We recognize that ND nervous systems are wired differently. We focus on felt safety and sensory honoring.
Shared Language and Understanding
Find the relief that comes from understanding your “why.” Whether it’s executive dysfunction, hyper-fixations, or sensory overwhelm, you will gain insight and tools that work for you.
Progressive Support
We explore gentle self-advocacy and strategies for navigating a neurotypical world without losing your core identity.
