“Whether it’s a major life change or you’re just not feeling like yourself, you don’t have to pretend just because your neighbor, or your cousin, or that random person on social media looks like they have it all together- because they definitely don’t. Just ask their therapist.
I use an authentic, nonjudgmental, and evidence-based approach throughout the therapeutic process to help each client identify their immediate needs, coping mechanisms, and goals for therapy.
My goal is to provide a safe place where you can begin to feel like yourself again and build the skills and support systems for the future so you no longer like you’re just trying to keep your head above water.”
