“I know how easy it can be to feel like you’re supposed to have everything figured out while, on the inside, you may feel overwhelmed, anxious, stuck, or unsure of what comes next.

Life can feel heavy when you’re navigating anxiety, stress, self-esteem, identity, relationships, boundaries, grief, or major life transitions. For teens and young adults especially, there can be so much pressure to fit in, meet expectations, and figure out who you are, all while managing emotions that can sometimes feel overwhelming.
I believe therapy should be a place where you can show up exactly as you are. I use a person-centered, strengths-based, and trauma-informed approach while incorporating Adlerian techniques to understand each client as a whole person. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, I tailor therapy to your individual needs, personality, experiences, and goals. Together, we can identify patterns, build practical coping skills, explore your strengths, and create meaningful changes that feel realistic for your life.
My goal is to create a comfortable, supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and accepted. I want clients to leave therapy with a better understanding of themselves, greater confidence in handling life’s challenges, and tools they can continue using long after therapy ends.”

“Outside of the therapy room, I’m a big believer that the little things matter. I love reading—whether it’s on my Kindle, listening to an audiobook, or picking up a physical book—and spending time outdoors. You can often find me paddleboarding, relaxing in a hammock with a book, working in my flower garden, or spending time with my family and dogs.”
